Eric Harrison Saltz
I’m a Seattle-based Information Architect. I use my background in information management and library science to research and analyze a problem so I can provide a way to navigate towards a solution. I strive to design thoughtful, elegant solutions that are easy-to-use & deliver beautiful user experiences. I am a strong advocate for User-Centric & Narrative Process Design. I want to understand the user's journey while exploring their needs & frustrations with a product or service to improve functionality, ease of use & enjoyment.
Who Am I?
My passion is to inform others. I love telling stories through my work and connecting with audiences to share creative, bold ideas. I enjoy discovering new depths of storytelling; as an artist and observer of logic and rationale. I am able to locate the middle ground with which to design the easiest and most alluring pathway to match users’ points of view. In the past, as a librarian and archivist, I helped people navigate to answers. Now I deliver experiences.
